The shipment costs to your home are calculated based on the total weight of the units and the destination. 

This amount is displayed when you are asked to log in to complete the purchase (in any case, the screen Conclusion Order) and then included in the total amount payable which will also be sent via e-mail after the conclusion of the order.

Transportation Charges apply only once, to the individual order, regardless of the number of products purchased.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the order made (eg. If the goods are available) and the delivery method chosen by the customer. The times given for delivery are indicative and not the responsibility in any way of Selene Boutique. 

By using MAIL BOXES ETC, you will receive the products ordered within 2 to 10 working days from the confirmation of the order, if the products are available.

We provide full warranty for the goods shipped.

In the unfortunate event that the product does not arrive intact, we will at our expense return the goods or refund the the amount stated on the invoice for the product, not including shipping costs. If this happens you must within 5 days of receiving the item send photographic evidence of the damaged goods, so that our staff can determine the full extent of the damage and provide a replacement or refund. 

If the customer wants, they can request a tracking number for there order by contacting us. You can then follow the delivery status directly from MAIL BOXES ETC.
